🥗 Starters: Salvador Salad with quail eggs, Bahian Salad with salmon, Coliseu Salad, vinaigrette with tomato, onion and bell pepper, Acarajé, Vatapá.

🍛 Main Courses: Shrimp Bobó, Fish Moqueca, Coliseu-style Codfish, Coliseu Lasagna with plantain, Chicken Stroganoff, Roast Beef with potatoes, Pelourinho Lasagna with chicken.
